I can see how a better boost controller could show a gain while the turbo is spooling but I don't see how that translates into gaining power at the same boost pressure. By looking at the dyno charts they supply, they're showing a ~50 hp gain through most of the rpm range once you get past 4500 rpm. It's not a Supra so it's reasonable to assume that they are at full boost by this point and the boost pressure should be the same as with any other controller, perhaps better controlled but the same none the less. How are they making more power with the same pressure, temperature and volume of air entering the engine?
